FAQ

  • PICK UP AND SET UP TIMES
    We set up 1 - 2 hours before your event and pickup 4 hours after your start time. Pickups requested after 7pm will incur an additional charge of $100 per hour. Bouncing Palm Beach may request an earlier setup time to coordinate other deliveries, or if Bouncing Palm Beach is requested to install balloon garlands. The set up and breakdown times do no affect your bouncing time. You get a full 4 hours and sometimes more if you are our last pickup of the day!
  • RAIN, RAIN GO AWAY!
    For safety reasons, If unexpected rain occurs deflate and store your blower. If winds exceed 15 mph please deflate your bounce house. No exceptions. We will monitor the weather prior to your event, however, once the delivery driver leaves the warehouse on the day of your event your deposit will be forfeited. ​ Please try to have an indoor back up in case of inclement weather.
  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
    Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after the 7 days are subject to a loss of deposit. We understand that weather is sometimes unpredictable in Florida, you can reschedule your party up to 48 hours prior to your set-up at no extra cost. Please try to have an indoor back up in case of inclement weather. The cost of materials, such as balloons are not refundable once your deposit has been made. We place your balloon order once your deposit has been received to allow for delivery of your balloons. Clients are not subject to any materials if a cancellation is made.
  • CAN BOUNCE HOUSES BE SET UP INDOORS?
    Yes. We encourage you to make sure there is enough space for setting up a bounce house and accessing the structure. Also, one needs to ensure the source of electricity to turn the blower on. Bouncing Palm Beach does not supply generators.
  • SANITATION
    We take the safety and health of all our customers and their guests very seriously. Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized after every set up.
  • WHAT ARE THE SET UP REQUIREMENTS?
    The bounce house should be set up on grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, or inside a venue or home. We cannot under any circumstances set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt. Also, please make sure any pet feces is cleaned up prior to our arrival. The bounce house will need to be in close proximity to an electrical outlet, no more than 50ft away. Bouncing Palm Beach does not supply generators. Park set ups: There is an additional fee of $100 to set up at most county parks. Please notify Bouncing Palm Beach if you are requesting a park set up.
  • SAFETY AND SUPERVISION
    Adult supervision is ALWAYS required.
  • CAN I ADD MY OWN DÉCOR TO THE BOUNCE HOUSE?
    Yes, with the assistance from one of our trained personnel at Bouncing Palm Beach. ​ Some of our approved ballooon brands: Qualatex, Sempertex, Tuftex, Gemar and Betallatex.

FURRY FRIENDS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE BOUNCE HOUSE

FACE PAINT, SILLY STRING AND CONFETTI ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OR AROUND THE BOUNCE HOUSE

NO SHOES OR SHARP JEWELRY

NO BOUNCING OFF WALLS

ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES
