This is why an attendant is mandatory.

If you look closely at the bubble, it begins deflating.
This happens when both zippers are opened at the same time. Our attendants are trained to give proper instructions to all guests to make sure that the bubble does not deflate. The bubble deflating can cause kids to panic, and we would never want to see that happen.

In this case, like many others, one of the guests decided to open up the zipper. We get it. The excitement of going into the bubble is REAL. But so is the safety of all of your guests.

Note: The bubble has never deflated while kids are inside. This video was created to show you why we require a trained attendant. ✨️
